Fleur grew up in Warragul and moved back home with her husband Stuart and two children (Teagan and James) in March 2020.  Teagan and James are attending St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School in Warragul.

Fleur is Helene and Ian Armour’s daughter (of Armour’s Apples).  Fleur’s sister Corrinne Armour (Leadership Guru) and her family moved back to Warragul in 2019.  “It’s so good to be back home and be so close to my family!”

Fleur graduated from Latrobe University with an Arts Degree in 1992, and graduated from Swinburne University with a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration in 1999.  After working as a Law Clerk and Practice Manager for many years she graduated from Deakin University with a Law Degree (Hons) in 2005 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2006.

Fleur was a Senior Associate/Consultant at Peter Speakman & Co Lawyers in Malvern where she has worked for over 20 years.

Fleur offers personal service in a select range of practice areas (Property/Business/Wills and Probate) at cost effective rates and offers fixed fee services where possible. 

Fleur is well known in the industry for providing advice and assistance in Adverse Possession Law and related matters and will continue to offer these services state-wide.

Growing up on the land and always working in small business Fleur uses this practical experience and knowledge in striving to achieve practical no-nonsense solutions.  She enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients.
